What a transformation! The Bonny Hills Boardwalk is now complete! With a new viewing platform and spaces to park, taking in these panoramic views is now easier than ever!
This project was completed on budget and on time. Huge shout out to our crew who were able to work concurrently with Port Macquarie-Hastings Council Team, while the road resurfacing was completed. This ensured both projects were able to continue without a hitch!
The project included Design & Construction of bored pier boardwalk and footpath along Ocean Drive Bonny Hills, works included installation of FRP boardwalk and viewing platform, drainage and subsoil drainage, installation of new kerb and concrete strip footings; supply, place trim, compact and seal pavement to match existing AC and install new linemarking.
Despite some unforeseen geotechnical design changes and supply issues beyond ACG’s control, we maintained progress and completed the project by the due practical completion date.
