ACG was engaged by Land Dynamics Australia, as the superintendents for Allam Homes MHE Developments No. 2 Pty Ltd, to oversee the construction of civil infrastructure for four stages within the Allam Homes Manufactured Estate. This project includes the creation of 110 fully serviced, level lots, some with concrete panel retaining walls, designed to provide an ideal setting for lifestyle living.
The work involves installing drainage systems and bioretention basins featuring environmentally resilient biofiltration layers to enhance drainage and extend basin longevity. Roadworks, car parking, caravan storage areas, and footpaths are also being constructed to improve connectivity across the estate, linking new open spaces and the clubhouse.
