ACG joined this project at a critical stage when the previous contractor had abandoned the site, leaving the client in a challenging situation. The primary objective was to repair the existing newly constructed road and prepare it for a Spray Seal, involving a Two Coat Seal over 7,000m². Despite not being initially familiar with the Parkes Shire Council, ACG proactively contacted them to align objectives and expectations, ensuring a collaborative working relationship to meet specifications.
The considerable distance posed logistical risks, but ACG mitigated these through detailed planning and the strategic coordination of subcontractors from various locations. The crew’s organisational skills created seamless workflow, adherence to the project timeline, and met budget constraints.
The Spray Seal application was executed flawlessly, meeting all requirements and standards. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe and budget, enabling the client to release the subdivision lots to the market.
This project highlights ACG’s dedication to excellence and capability in handling complex projects under demanding conditions.
