  • Waste management | We reuse and recycle site materials across multiple projects, this not only keeps our costs down for our clients but helps us reduce the amount of waste each project generates.
  • Community Engagement | We collaborate closely with our clients and the community in ecologically significant sites to minimise impact and respect our community’s needs.
  • Recognition of beneficial uses I We apply mitigation measures during construction with the intention of preventing harm, aiming to leave the environment in a better, healthier condition.

  • Planning | Quality starts from tender submission and extends through the entire duration of all projects. Planning is a critical piece of how we deliver quality to all our stakeholders.
  • Accountability | Accountability is our collective responsibility. Every ACG team member is accountable for their role in maintaining and enhancing the overall quality our projects.
  • Compliance | We are driven to meet industry standards and uphold this through our internal management and testing plans, assessment, and auditing processes.
  • Resources I Our crews are well resourced with new plant and equipment to help them delivery quality outcomes. We also provide continuous training opportunities for our crews.
  • Subcontractor and supplier relations | We believe in engaging and supporting subcontractors and suppliers that align with our values.
  • Reputation | We strive to consistently complete projects on time, defect-free, and within budget to meet client expectations.
