PROJECT
HIGHLIGHTS

Reshaping the earthworks that were initially done on this project allowed our crew to greatly reduce the amount of retaining walls that were required. This resulted in a 40% savings in costs for our client.

AT A GLANCE

ACG was selected to deliver the foundational works for this small 9 lot subdivision in the growing location of Lake Cathie.

We took an innovative approach to earthworks reshaping, which optimised the land’s shape therefore reducing the need for excessive retaining walls, this resulted in an impressive 40% reduction in costs for our client.
Our client’s project was met with some community resistance initially. Taking this into consideration our crew maintained high levels of transparency and information sharing through community engagement. This action emerged as one of the cornerstones of our success in this project.

Despite facing unforeseen challenges, including two weeks of relentless wet weather, our dedicated team persevered, ensuring all submission works were completed with precision and punctuality. This steadfast dedication ensured seamless progression, allowing the project to remain firmly on schedule.
