ACG undertook the comprehensive development of a brand new 7-lot subdivision situated in Hallidays Point, NSW. The project entailed delivering all essential foundational necessities, including all water mains installations and connections. This project established the groundwork for our client’s successful final plan submission with Mid Coast Council (MCC).
Our achievements in this project revolve around meeting the stringent specifications of MCC, ensuring compliance with hold and witness points. Effective coordination and communication among various stakeholders posed challenges in maintaining the project’s standard and timeliness. To address these challenges, ACG was dedicated to adhering to the required quality documentation necessary for the prompt submission of final plans post-project completion. Close collaboration with the consultant and MCC’s Authorised Representative ensured all essential aspects were met for the submission of the final plans.
