This project included the construction of a carpark for a childcare facility, with the critical components comprising of level 1 fill, stormwater reticulation, and pavement installation, all within a tight deadline.
The challenges included the constrained timeframe due to the impending facility opening and logistical hurdles stemming from limited space. To overcome these obstacles, the project team implemented several strategies, including frequent planning meetings for proactive problem-solving and stakeholder alignment, fostering a collaborative environment among trades to facilitate teamwork and problem resolution, and maintaining an adaptive project management approach to adjust plans in response to evolving circumstances.
Due to these strategies the project was completed successfully, with the facility opening on schedule.
