SITE MANAGER: Blake Rosenbaum

ACG's successful completion of the Seacape Subdivision not only overcame complex terrain challenges but also rigorously adhered to environmental controls, while meeting Auspec and MidCoast Water standards.

ACG undertook the Seacape Subdivision project in Twilight Close, Redhead, NSW. Situated in a small suburb with limited access and steep slopes, the construction site was near an ecologically sensitive area. ACG coordinated closely with the MidCoast Council, ensuring compliance with all necessary inspections.

The most notable achievements for this subdivision included the careful planning in a compact suburb with restricted access and steep terrain, and the proximity to an environmentally sensitive area necessitated stringent controls to mitigate potential impacts on the surroundings. Our team swiftly collaborated with the MidCoast Council, ensuring thorough communication and compliance with set regulations. Implementing meticulous controls and planning enabled the protection of the existing environment while meeting project specifications.
