Lidbury Summers & Whiteman – Twilight Close Subdivision

ACG were awarded the Seascape Subdivision an Twilight Close Redhead, NSW. The subdivision is located in a small suburb with tight access and a steep slope. This construction site was adjacent to an environmentally sensitive area so it was important that controls were put in place to protect the existing environment. Working in the MidCoast Council area ACG were quick to advise MCC of works and have them onboard to conduct all the required inspections to evidence our conformance to specifications.

Works conducted to complete the construction of the subdivision included, supply & lay water, sewer pipelines, installation of stormwater drainage, construction of subgrade and flexible pavement road with an asphalt wearing course and footpaths.

NSW Public Works – Oxley Vale Life Learning Centre

The Oxley Vale Life Learning Centre is a $3.4 million investment from the NSW Government which consists of Port Macquarie Arts and Craft Centre and the Hasting’s Men’s Shed to share the one location.

Port Macquarie – Hastings Council – Pappinbarra Bridge Roadworks

Port Macquarie Hastings Council replaced the Pappinbarra Junction Bridge which was destroyed on 8th November 2019 by bushfire, with a like-for-like new concrete bridge.

Cox Bridge is a part of the Fixing Country Bridges Program, which is a NSW Government program to replace timber bridges with concrete bridges across New South Wales.

Mid Coast Council – Stroud Waste Management Facility

MidCoast Council’s Stroud Waste Management Centre was redeveloped into a covered Community Recycling Centre and Waste Transfer Station, with an office, tip shop and improved parking.

James Newton Constructions – Innes Park Subdivision, John Oxley Drive
