Summary

ACG are assisting Miedecke Motor Group as the Project Management team to manage the design and construct of the Alterations to Ford Showroom building. This entail collaborating all key stakeholders from Council, Architects, Structural Engineers to Certifiers, builders and ultimately the client.

Scope of Works

- Collaborate with all Key Stakeholders
- Manage stakeholders and drive results to ensure budget and timeframes are met.
- Prepare and finalise engineering documents for subdivision construction certificate
- Undertake due diligence of Contractor capacity and capabilities and award contract to preferred Civil

Contractor

Acts as Principal’s representative under the contract and manage civil construction works

NSW Public Works – Oxley Vale Life Learning Centre

The Oxley Vale Life Learning Centre is a $3.4 million investment from the NSW Government which consists of Port Macquarie Arts and Craft Centre and the Hasting’s Men’s Shed to share the one location.

Port Macquarie – Hastings Council – Pappinbarra Bridge Roadworks

Port Macquarie Hastings Council replaced the Pappinbarra Junction Bridge which was destroyed on 8th November 2019 by bushfire, with a like-for-like new concrete bridge.

Mid Coast Council – Cox Bridge Bridge Approach Road Works

Cox Bridge is a part of the Fixing Country Bridges Program, which is a NSW Government program to replace timber bridges with concrete bridges across New South Wales.

Mid Coast Council – Stroud Waste Management Facility

MidCoast Council’s Stroud Waste Management Centre was redeveloped into a covered Community Recycling Centre and Waste Transfer Station, with an office, tip shop and improved parking.

James Newton Constructions – Innes Park Subdivision, John Oxley Drive

ACG were engaged by Jim Newton Constructions to complete the sewer installation and water main relocation at Innes Park Subdivision.

The Brisbane Cross River Rail is an underground railway project that will see the development of a new rail line.
