Alliance Construction Group (ACG) were awarded the contract to the Design & Construct of the upgrade to the NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Park. The works included survey, design and construction of the stormwater drainage, construction of new roads and final landscaping touches.

The works were completed while the park was in operation, which required a collaborative approach with our client, park management and patrons. Regular progress meetings were vital to maintain a well-managed, collaborative effort and this ensured the success of the project.

Scope of works included; Survey services to pickup existing infrastructure; Design of new stormwater drainage, kerb, and road pavements; Construction of stormwater drainage pits and pipes; Construction of road pavements and kerb; Supply and lay asphalt wearing course; Regrade camping/caravan lots to new kerb levels and rehabilitate area to ensure quick turnaround for patrons to use the facility. Project completion resulted in a contract performance report that reflected the high standard of work and collaborative approach to the project.
