ACG were awarded the rehabilitation of roads within the Stuarts Point Adventist Convention Centre. These highly popular and busy centres that required the roads to reconstructed pavement failure from potholing that allowed water to seep through existing spray seal causing extensive rutting. ACG worked under adjusted traffic conditions to excavate the deteriorated patches, reconstruct the flexible pavement layer where required, all other areas had the existing pavement milled out, and 10,725m2 of 40mm AC10 Asphalt supplied and laid to the road surface. Yarra Youth Centre also included the reconstruction of a culvert crossing to divert water through its natural channel, under the road surface to protect the longivity of the road.
All works are to Kempsey Shire Council specifications, and in accordance with TfNSW R116 specification for the production of the AC mix.
